Vera Martinho Chief Impact Officer

Vera joined JA Europe in April 2015. She has two masters, one in Economics and Public Policies and the other in Architecture. She additionally is experienced with research programmes and impact evaluations. While studying, she tutored middle school and high school students in Mathematics and Geometry - which is how she discovered her passion for Education and decided to pursue a career in the area. Upon moving to Brussels, Vera became aware of the level of financial literacy among students and the importance of complementing the schools curricula with practical programmes. Passionate about education, she became involved in JA Europe work, first as a volunteer and later as Project Manager.
