Luciana has always worked in the intersection between Sustainability and Business. Before joining JA Europe Luciana was a Sustainability Manager for 9 years in a Financial Group where she created from scratch and managed the Sustainability and Entrepreneurship areas, including the partnership with JA Portugal, where she coordinated the Group’s engagement with several JA Programmes, besides being a volunteer herself.
With a background in Environmental Engineer and holding an Advanced Management Diploma for Executives, Luciana has also extensive experience in consultancy, training, research and project management in sustainability and environmental issues from a wide range of sectors, including banking, energy production, infrastructures, automotive and catering.
