Gabriela became involved with Junior Achievement in 1998 and over past 20 years she has held various positions in JA. She currently holds the position of Director for Operations at JA Europe and is based in the Czech Republic. She is responsible for supporting the Member Nations in 40 European countries in achieving their annually set targets and goals in compliance with JA Europe and JA Worldwide and stakeholder-specific requirements and for monitoring and tracking the Member Nations’ performance. Additionally she is providing operations and technology services in the area of CRM, web platforms administration, MS Sharepoint, E-learning tools to the JA Europe member nations. She is also coordinating several European Projects with e.g. AT&T, MetLife, Bayer.
