Gaia Zanella Communications Manager

Gaia joined JA Europe in August 2021 as Social Media & Online Community Associate.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from IULM University in Milan, and she graduated in November 2020.

Gaia has gained experience in different fields, including retail and tourism. Furthermore, previously she worked as a project leader for design and prototype projects between Dutch designers and Indonesian manufacturers for a no-profit organization and as public relations and media intern for a research institute of Chinese outbound tourism in Germany.

She is very passionate about learning new languages and different cultures and strongly believes in education as the most powerful tool.
