Monique is a strong advocate for youth empowerment and is driven to make a positive impact in building a sustainable future.
Taking the role of Senior Business Development Manager at JA Europe, Monique brings with her solid experience from working with multiple international corporations and building different collaborations and partnerships. In her last role at JA Asia Pacific (JAAP), she engaged corporate partners and foundations to generate new funding opportunities for JA programs and initiatives in the Asia Pacific region covering 17 countries. Prior to JAAP, she was at KPMG acting in different capacities, from corporate tax advisor providing technical tax advice, to regional coordination/implementation work, and as a senior executive working closely with senior regional partnership on budgeting, pipeline analysis and business development.
Based in Edinburgh, Monique holds a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and a BA in Economics from Haverford College, US.
