Vanda has been working for JA Europe since 2006. She got involved with JA Slovakia in 1996 as a volunteer, consultant and jury member at various competitions. She started her career as an entrepreneur, running her own company during and after her studies at the University of Economics in Slovakia. She holds a Master degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, and a Bachelor degree in Management and Marketing. Vanda also studied Management and Marketing in Sydney, Australia. Before joining JA Europe she worked for several hotels, in a travel agency, event & advertising agency, and 4 years in the pharmaceutical business. She currently holds the position of Senior Special Events and Project Manager at JA Europe. She is responsible for developing, implementing and managing events, organizing conferences, 40 JA Europe member-nations and partners, as well as coordinating projects with ManpowerGroup, FedEx, Visa & Sage.
