Olta Konda joined JA Europe in January 2022 as a Finance Associate after 12 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. Olta has strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
During these years she worked in Titan Group as a Senior Tax Accountant and she was responsible for preparation of financial analyses and reports. Olta compiled financial statement and supported in tax inspection and external audit.
She previously was Chief Financial Officer in FM Supreme ltd, a subcontractor company of Tirana International Airport (TIA). She directed and managed the finance and accounting team. Olta managed the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and supervised the preparation of all financial reporting. After she graduated, she worked in a service company as a Senior Accountant.
Olta holds a university degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master degree in Finance. She attended professional trainings and she is certified by the Institute of Authorized Chartered Auditors for National and International Accounting Standards.
