Liz joined the JA family in Malta, when she participated as a Company Programme student herself in 2011. Over the years she has engaged in a multitude of activities related to youth development and international experiences, through her 5 years of being part of a youth organization, AIESEC. Over the years she volunteered and mentored JA teams, finally joining the JA Malta team in 2018 as Programmes Manager, later promoted to Operations Manager. She has completed a Bachelor in Commerce and later pursued a Masters in Innovation & Creativity at the University of Malta. In 2023, she joined the JA Europe team to be have the opportunity to reach more youth and contribute to the innovation and growth of JA Europe as Events & Project Manager.
