IT Development Associate

The successful candidate support IT team at an exciting moment. We are pushing forward an ambitious strategy for Digital Transformation to enable JA to succeed even more in the market, increasing efficiency of the organization. Key Areas of Responsibility 

Websites Updates 

  • Update content on websites 
  • Create and design pages with HTML and CSS 
  • Fix website issues  
  • Coding Skills are required 
  • Java Script Skills are Plus 
  • Wordpress Skills are Plus 


  • Assisting with password resets  
  • Assisting with email spam resolving 
  • Assisting with suppliers' relationship  


  • Identifying potential platforms and technologies 
  • Research functionalities on platforms  
  • Write down tech requirements 
  • Assist with procurement process 

Assisting team

  • Help team with training on new tools 
  • Helping team on resolving problems and usability questions on new tools and platforms 


  • Put down sheets, list and documents of IT assets, tasks, and examples 
  • Write down content for internal documents, procedures, training and guides 
  • Prepare presentations for internal training and adopting new tools 

Communication with MNs

  • Assisting MNs in tech questions 
  • Monitor tools usage (as Mentimeter, Slido, etc.) 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, coding, web development, or other relevant field 
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the IT field 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to write clear and concise technical memos and documents and presentation materials 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Ability to complete tasks on tight deadlines without compromising quality 
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and collaborative disposition comfortable working in an international setting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and working styles 
  • Strong team-player attitude 
  • Good knowledge of HTML, Java language for web use 
  • Medium-high coding skills for HTML or JAVA, general knowledge of other languages is also appreciated (Python, CSS, …) 
  • Experience in web development, maintenance and problem-solving 
  • Experience in working with IT providers and procurement 

Location: Europe. Remote working. Flexible.  

Supervisor: Network Services Manager 

Contractual arrangement: employee or consultant to be evaluated

Fee/Compensation: 20-28.000 euros full cost 

Deadline: rolling basis until is filled
