We are looking for an Intern for the Office of the CEO to support the organisation in its day-to-day operations. The intern will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Assistant, and will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of entrepreneurship education.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist the CEO office with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks (expense reports, correspondence, detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas etc.) 
  • Support the CEO office in preparing for meetings (preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow-up items) 
  • Conducting research on potential and existing partners 
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO and the Executive Assistant to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities 
  • Assisting with social media management and e-mail communication 
  • Plan, coordinate, organize and help at various company meetings, events, and celebrations 
  • Other tasks as assigned by the CEO and/or the Executive Assistant 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field such as business, management, or social sciences.  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
  • Proactive attitude and high level of personal commitment to duties, timelines and deadlines; 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.  
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.  
  • Interest in entrepreneurship education and social impact. 
  • Fluent English, other European languages are an asset
