  • Leaders-for-a-Day

    Leaders-for-a-Day

Leaders-for-a-Day invites young graduates of the JA Company Programme and the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass from across Europe to learn from a leader by shadowing them for a day. The aim is to empower young people to make informed career choices, enlarge their network and expand their career opportunities.

  • Sci-Tech Challenge

    Sci-Tech Challenge

The Sci-Tech Challenge is designed to motivate students, aged 15-18, to consider Maths, Science, Technology (MST)-oriented careers, raise their awareness of the importance of their MST skills and how they can be applied in enterprising ways to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. The three-year programme will give close to 10,000 young people in secondary schools in nine European countries the opportunity to participate in the Sci-Tech Challenge programme. Over 200 employees from ExxonMobil will participate as volunteers. 180 teachers will experience the Sci-Tech Challenge. JA alumni who have participated in the Company Programme or Start up Programme from around the world are selected and invited to shadow a high level executive from various businesses and organisations for one day. During this day the selected students are linked to top leaders who take them along and engage them in all their daily business activities.
