SCI-TECH Challenge

15 May 2019 Location: Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU, Brussels

The SCI-TECH Challenge programme ( a partnership between JA Europe and ExxonMobil) is designed to motivate students aged 15-18 to consider Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) – oriented careers, raise their awareness of the importance of STEM skills and how they can be applied in enterprising ways to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.

Furthermore, the programme helps raise of awareness of energy related issues and provides students across Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands and Romania with hands-on experiences in the application of STEM skills.

Students will participate in national innovation camps between February and March, and the best national teams will have the opportunity to compete with each other in the Grand Finale in front of a high- level jury panel on 15th May in Brussels.
