Gen-E 2021 - European Entrepreneurship Festival

What can be a bigger goal than inspiring a whole generation? In 2021, we are merging our flagship events - the Company of the Year Competition (CoYC) and the European Entrepreneurship Challenge (EEC) - into the largest European Entrepreneurship Festival: Gen-E, virtually hosted by JA Lithuania.

Gen-E is a newly created name for a new generation which reflects the different souls of Junior Achievement across Europe. At JA, we work with partners, policy-makers or staff who range from baby boomers to Gen-X. Now, we have our own generation who will gather this summer, Gen-E, formed by Europeans who believe in the importance of education, employment and entrepreneurship.

Virtually hosted in Lithuania, join us from 29 June to 15 July 2021 in our annual celebration of entrepreneurship and the achievements of our youth through competitions, hackathons and webinars were we will exchange ideas and have fun, reaching 1 million young people in the process.
