Sci-Tech Challenge 2022

The 13th edition of the Sci-Tech Challenge will take place on 11-12 May 2022.

The Sci-Tech Challenge is a partnership between JA Europe and ExxonMobil, and designed to motivate students aged 15-18 to consider Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) careers, raise awareness on the importance of STEM skills and how they can be applied in enterprising ways to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.

The programme also helps raise awareness about energy-related issues and provides students with hands-on experience in the application of STEM skills. This year, the programme is rolled out in Belgium, Cyprus, Italy and the Netherlands, as well as for the first time in the Czech Republic and Hungary.

In the run up to the European Sci-Tech Challenge Finale on 11-12 May, students will participate in national innovation camps. The best national teams will then have the opportunity to join an online Grand Finale in front of a high-level jury panel on 1& and 12 May 2022.
