Social Innovation Relay 2021 - Global Final Competition
22 June 2021Wondering who will be the best social innovator of the year? The Global Final Competition of the Social Innovation Relay (SIR) is on its way!
The SIR is an innovative programme designed to support the development of essential skills for students, while underscoring the important link between businesses and social good. Student around the world collaborate with NN mentors to create business concepts that address social challenges.
As an ending point of the activities, the national winners from 10 participating countries will present their social business ideas during the Global Final Competition. The online event will take place on 22 June 2021 from 9:00 to 12:00 (CET). More information about the partnership here.

"Fashion Goes Next" European Final
26 May 2021On 26 May 2021, students from 6 European countries will be taking part in the European final of our first "Fashion Goes Next" hackathon in partnership with Zalando. The students - who have already won the national competitions in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland - will pitch their innovative ideas to a panel of judges including leading fashion brands and influencers to win their tickets to the first-ever Zalando Diversity & Inclusion Conference, which will be taking place in autumn 2021.

Financial Education Innovation Camp
24 - 25 March 2021JA Europe is partnering with the Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFJ (MUFG) to provide the next generation with cutting edge, skill-building opportunities that enable young people to find meaningful and productive careers. On 24-25 March 2021, we will organise an Online "Financial Education" Innovation Camp for approximately 70 students aged 15-18 who will come up with innovative solutions by a complex challenge.
The initiative focuses on ensuring that young people are financially aware and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to make sound financial decisions. This feeds into the theme of this year's Global Money Week - "Take care of yourself, take care of your money" - which highlights the importance of building financial resilience and staying healthy in the current context.
